Sizanani Advisory Services board of directors and management has undertaken a strategic review on the role, relevance and positioning of Sizanani in the small and medium enterprise (SME) sector. We have engaged various role players and taken into account numerous inputs and interventions on business development services.

Based on these discussions and inputs the Sizanani Advisory Services Board at a board meeting on 14 November 2008 agreed on the closing of Sizanani Advisory Services as from the end of December 2008.

The Banking Association South Africa through the banking industry SME Committee will further pursue SME development – these developments will be updated as and when they occur on The Banking Association South Africa website – www.banking.org.za
